Weidert, the 2010 President, was our 2007-2008 Treasurer, and is a RE/MAX Plus agent with 23 years experience. For many years, she owned her own company. Debbie is a notary and holds the
ABR, CRS and GRI designations. Debbie also has an AAS degree in business law. She specializes in New Construction, residential real estate and first time buyers.
Maureen Toombs,
the 2010 President - Elect, moved from Long Island 37 years ago and is making Rochester her home. She has
enjoyed 26 years of professional service to the Greater Rochester Community. Real Estate is her business, helping her clients is her passion. Her real estate career has covered 2 generations and
continues. She loves life, family, children, grandchildren, customers, clients, and even working. Cooking and eating are right up there. Her involvement in Women’s Council of REALTORS® for over 10
years is her second love.
Janet (Miller) Romano, the 2010 VP of REALTOR Members, was born in Rochester and raised in Brimfield and Sturbridge, Massachusetts. She
returned to upstate New York in the early 1970's and obtained her real estate license. After three decades of detours, working at Kodak, going back to college and graduating with a B.S in Health
Science and a Master’s in Psychology, Janet resumed her real estate career in 2001 and since 2007, holds her Broker’s license with Nothnagle Realtors.

Sharlene Nally, a Home Loan Consultant with
CountryWide Home Loans, is our chapter's 2010 Secretary. She has been a very involved, long-time Affiliate member.Most recently she chaired the 2007 Fashion Show and Basket Auction. Sharlene
holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from RIT and has 10 years experience in the mortgage industry. "I am accessible and available to my clients from pre-application to clear to
